Ive spent over 20 years helping organisations transform and thrive, with more than a decade working with EJS on exciting major projects and digital change programmes. My journey has taken me from the buzz of retail and entertainment to the fast-paced worlds of insurance, pharmaceuticals, travel, automotive, and manufacturing, both in the UK and internationally.
What I love most is bringing people together—whether it's guiding teams through digital shifts or supporting business change, I believe collaboration is key to getting great results. I specialise in setting up strong PMO and governance frameworks, making sure projects run smoothly and everyone feels involved from start to finish. My approach is hands-on and practical, always aiming for positive, lasting change and making sure best practices stick for the long term.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in railway station development—including roles at Network Rail and Train Operating Companies—I am passionate about integrated transport and creating positive change in communities. I specialise in designing and curating accessible, user-focused stations that reflect local identity and deliver both immediate and long-term enhancements through strong partnerships with local authorities. My expertise spans project management, strategic planning, and integrating sustainable transport for seamless passenger journeys. I’m a Business Student currently interning as a Junior Consultant at EJS Consulting. Every day on the job feels like a new opportunity to see how what I’ve learned in lectures comes to life in the real world. Whether I’m diving into customer challenges across sectors like rail, Energy, or digital business, I’m constantly developing my learning at how theory turns into practice right in front of me.
Balancing my studies, a rugby career, and this fast-paced role is busy, but it’s incredibly rewarding. EJS offers me the chance to contribute to real projects, work with brilliant teams, and develop the hands-on skills you just can’t get from a textbook. I’m learning to solve complex problems, refine processes, and build relationships with clients—all while picking up invaluable lessons for both my professional and sporting future.
